F+P audio editing starts at $149 per episode; managed audio-only production starts at $399 per month. The right comparison is the work included: editing, managed production and show development are different assignments.

Yes. You record with your host and guests and send us the source files. We handle post-production in your chosen format. Managed plans prepare episode assets and publish approved audio through your podcast host, plus full video on your YouTube channel for audio + video plans.
F+P audio editing starts at $149 per episode and audio plus video editing at $249. Managed audio-only production is $399/month for Monthly, $699/month for Every other week and $999/month for Weekly. Audio + video plans are $599, $1,099 and $1,999/month respectively. New-show launch support starts at $1,499. Your quote confirms duration, complexity and exact deliverables. Editing gives you finished media files. Managed production also provides show notes, a reviewed AI-assisted transcript, episode artwork, clips and approved publishing. Weekly plans also include quarterly editorial consultation. You still provide the expertise, recordings and timely approvals. Guest booking, original scripts and full social campaigns are separately scoped.
Source recording length, number of speakers and cameras, recording quality, revisions and publishing responsibilities all affect the work. Compare the same deliverables and source-material limits rather than only the finished episode length. Watch Jason explain this in Episode 344.
Choose the format around your audience and distribution plan. Audio-only can keep production simpler and less expensive; video adds a YouTube presence and visual clips but requires additional editing and quality checks. Both formats are available in our managed plans. Watch Jason explain this in Episode 344.
Choose a release rhythm your team can sustain. Monthly can be a practical starting point; every other week or weekly works when you can reliably provide recordings and approvals. Consistency and a clear purpose matter more than promising a cadence you cannot maintain. Watch Jason explain this in Episode 344.
Ask what source files they need, what they deliver, what remains with your team, what costs extra, who owns the accounts and who is responsible for the release deadline. Get duration limits, revisions and the approval process in writing. Watch Jason explain this in Episode 344.
Yes. Five clips start at $249; ten start at $449, from one source recording up to 60 minutes. We select useful moments, add captions and your branding, and deliver vertical videos ready for your team to publish.

Yes. The launch package starts at $1,499 and includes show positioning, format, artwork, a recording setup session, feed and YouTube setup, a trailer and one standard episode. Equipment, hosting subscriptions, ongoing production and custom music are separate.
Yes. Your business owns its show, finished files, feed and platform accounts. We work through the access you authorize. Third-party music, fonts and other licensed assets remain subject to their licenses.
Managed plans are month-to-month. Cancel before the next billing date. Weekly and every-other-week plans reserve the release cadence on your agreed release schedule, including five-release or three-release months. Unused slots do not accumulate. Seasonal projects have a separate agreed schedule.
We use AI-assisted tools where they make production more efficient, then review the output. Included transcripts are checked for names and obvious errors; verbatim human transcription is quoted separately. Your final episode and clips receive human review.
